Cricketing action in the Caribbean stands tall as the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Women’s T20 Blaze Tournament 2025 goes on. The match no. 12 of will feature the 3rd ranked Trinidad and Tobago Women will take on the table-toppers Guyana Women.

The match is scheduled to start at 4:30 AM IST on 8th of May 2025 at the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It will be an interesting clash between both these sides. Guyana have played some fabulous cricket winning all their previous five games whereas Trinidad and Tobago have lost three of their last five games in the competition.

Sheneta Grimmond
This 27-year-old all-rounder from Guyana is a must have prospect in your playing XI. Sheneta has been impressive throughout her T20 career delivering some magical performances. With off-spin bowling and handy with the bat Sheneta has been doing wonders with the ball putting breaks on the opposition. She has picked a total of eight wickets in five outings before and been very impressive throughout. She has also been an economical bowler during her spells making her a wicket-taker and an economical bowler both at the same time.
Realeanna Grimmond
This 20-year-old all-rounder has been prolific with the Guyana Women and their reign in this ongoing tournament. Her batting skills has proven to be very impressive with her already scoring 71 runs in the last 3 innings and has also registered two 30+ scores in these few outings. She was also a part of the recently conducted Women’s U-19 World Cup representing West Indies. Realeanna is also a right-arm fast medium bowler but hasn’t been used in the tournament so far. Grimmond holds the key in helping Guyana’s team to victory and glory.
Anisa Mohammed
Anisa Mohammed, the 37-year-old all-rounder and skipper of the Trinidad and Tobago side has been impressive in this tournament. Anisa has significantly contributed to the victory run for Trinidad and Tobago in their previous three outings. She has picked 6 wickets in her last 4 innings and scored 37 runs with the bat whenever needed for the side. Anisa has scored a total of 541 runs in T20 cricket and picked more than 300 wickets as well.
Steffie Soogrim
Steffie Soogrim, a 24-year-old slow-left arm orthodox bowler has been as impressive as anyone in the competition so far. Soogrim has scored 50 runs in 11 innings, but her main role is with the ball by picking 15 wickets in just 14 innings while picking up a 5-wicket haul. Her best bowling figures of 5 for 8 in 4 overs is regarded as one of the most lethal bowling spells in T20 Cricket. Not just wickets but Soogrim also bowls economic spells with the ball in hand having an economy rate of just 3.78 in her T20 Cricket career.
